How do I access my Family account using the email invite sent by school administrators/teachers?

Toddle helps you stay connected and actively participate in your child’s learning journey. If you have received an email invite from the school teacher or administrator, you can follow the steps described in this article to access your family account on Toddle.

Download the Toddle Family App from the App Store (iOS users) or the Play Store (Android users) on your mobile device or iPad

Once the app is installed, you can sign in using the email invite sent to you by the School Admin or Teacher.

One of the ways to access the family account on Toddle is by using the email invite sent by your child's class teacher. If you have more than one child studying in the school in different classes, you will get an individual email invite for each one of them.

To do so, open the email on your device, click on the Accept Invite’ button, and you will be redirected to your Toddle homepage.

💡If you do not have the Toddle family app installed, you will be directed to app store to download and install it. Once done, click on the email invite again to proceed.

💡If you do not have a family account on Toddle yet, after accepting the email invite, you will be directed to the Toddle account creation page where you can provide your first name, last name, and email. You will be prompted to key in the OTP sent on email ID provided by you. After successful verification, you will be redirected to the Toddle homepage. 💡Please note that email invites have an expiration period of one week. If the link has expired, you can contact the school admin or teacher to request a new one.

On your Toddle homepage, you can celebrate your child’s learning moments, communicate with teachers, receive announcements and updates from the school and much more.

Access the family account using the email invite on the Family web

You can sign in using the email invite sent to you by the School admin or Teacher.

To do so, open the email on your desktop/laptop, click on the Accept Invite’ button, and you will be redirected to your Toddle homepage.

If you do not have a family account on Toddle yet, after accepting the email invite, you will be directed to the Toddle account creation page, where you can provide your first name, last name, and email. You will be prompted to key in the OTP sent to on email ID provided by you. After successful verification, you will be redirected to the Toddle homepage.
