As an educator, you can contribute new templates to your school library or access those created by colleagues, making it simpler to find and use resources that align with your school’s curriculum and teaching needs.

Workbook templates are created for individual curricula via the class.
To begin, navigate to the ‘Assignments’ page for your preferred class. Then, create a new task by selecting the appropriate task type.
Next, click on the ‘Create a workbook’ option under the ‘Submission template’ section, as highlighted below.
From here, create a new blank workbook using the option highlighted below. Alternatively, select an existing school template or one from the Toddle library to modify and save as a new template copy.
Based on your template choice, you will be directed to a blank or pre-filled workbook page, where you can use the available features to design/update your template.
Once your workbook is ready, click the arrow next to the ‘Save’ button and press ‘Save as template’.
Note that once the template is published, all teachers within the selected curriculum can instantly view and use it from their workbook library. However, only you (the creator) or other administrators will be able to edit or delete the original template.
Your newly created template will then appear in the ‘School templates’ section alongside other templates created by teachers and/or administrators. Each template displays the creator’s name for easy identification, as highlighted below.
