1. From the admin portal navigate to ‘School setup’.
2. Next, select ‘LTI apps’ from the left pane.
3. Click on the ‘Add integration’ button.
4. Select the desired learning tool from the drop-down list (e.g., ClickView, Edpuzzle, H5P).
5. Enter the credentials required for the selected tool. These credentials can be obtained from the respective LTI tool's portal.
6. Select the curriculum(s) you want to set it up for.
7. Use the checkbox to enable the tool for teachers.
Admins can edit, remove, or add more integrations as needed. Once the setup is complete, teachers can start using these tools within their classroom.
Using integrated tools in the classroom
As an educator, you can incorporate integrated learning tools into your classroom by adding them to the submission template when creating class assignments. Here's how you can do it:
Click on ‘Add an external tool’ within the submission template.
Select the desired tool from the list (e.g., ClickView, Edpuzzle, H5P). The tools displayed may vary based on your school's enabled integrations.
💡Please note that you might need to sign up or log in, depending on the tool you are using.
Let’s explore these tools one by one:
ClickView
When you choose ClickView under the submission template, it opens directly within Toddle, providing access to a vast library of educational videos.
Select a relevant video for your class task and click on the ‘Embed video’ option to add it to your assignment on Toddle.
In the pop-up, you can configure settings such as video size and autoplay before clicking ‘Embed’ to finalize the process.
Once embedded, the video will be added as a submission template, where you can rename or remove it using the three-dot menu. Click ‘Assign’ when you're ready.
💡 If scoring is enabled in ClickView, the scores will automatically scale as per the maximum score you have set for your assignment in Toddle.
View at students’ end
Once you assign the task, students can see the ClickView attachment in their assigned task. They can click on the ‘Add response’ button to begin interacting with the content.
After clicking ‘Add response’, students can watch the assigned video within Toddle. If the video contains embedded quizzes, students will be prompted to answer them as they progress through the content.
Once students complete the video and quizzes, they can review their answers and submit them. They also have the option to continue watching the video if needed before finalizing their submission.
After submitting their responses, students must click ‘Mark as done’ to indicate that they have completed the assignment.
After submission, you can check out the responses given by the student as well as marks scored by the student from the ‘All submissions’ tab.
The submitted responses will include the student's quiz scores from ClickView, which will be automatically scaled according to the maximum score set for the assignment in Toddle.
You can provide additional feedback, assess performance, and mark the submission as evaluated just like any other assignment on Toddle.
💡Please note that responses linked to external tools cannot be added as portfolio posts or downloaded.
Edpuzzle
When you select ‘Edpuzzle’ as a submission template in Toddle, the tool opens directly within the platform, allowing you to embed interactive video lessons into your assignments.
On the Edpuzzle interface within Toddle, you can access your existing classes and previously added video content from the left pane. Simply select the video you want to include in your assignment.
Once you select the video, configure the assignment settings as follows:
Set the number of attempts allowed for students.
Enable or disable options such as prevent skipping, speed up videos, or closed captions.
Click ‘Assign’ to add it to your task.
After the video is added as a submission template, you can:
Rename or remove the video using the three-dot menu.
Click ‘Assign’ when ready to finalize the task.
💡If scoring is enabled in Edpuzzle the scores will automatically scale as per the maximum score you have set for your assignment in Toddle.

Students will be able to see the Edpuzzle attachment in their assigned task. They need to click on ‘Add response’ to start.
Once the student starts, they can:
Watch the video and respond to embedded quizzes.
Use available options such as rewatching, skipping, or continuing (as configured by you).
Upon completion, students can:
View their scores and the number of correct responses.
Click ‘Mark as done’ to submit their work on Toddle.
After submission, you can check out the responses given by the student as well as marks scored from the ‘All submissions’ tab.
When reviewing the student’s submission, you can:
Download/export grades in a spreadsheet to track student progress.
Delete the added video assignment if no longer needed.
Reset student progress or ask students to retry assignments. Note that students will not be able to resubmit on external tools/LTI apps unless you configure it within the tool itself.
Edit assigned videos to update content or questions.
View as a student to preview assignments from a student’s perspective.
Once done, you can assess performance, and mark the submission as evaluated.
💡Please note that responses linked to external tools cannot be added as portfolio posts or downloaded.

When you choose H5P as a submission template, it opens directly within Toddle. H5P provides a wide range of content types that can be easily integrated into Toddle to enhance student engagement. Here, you can either create new content or upload existing content with the help of different content types available.

They can go through the added resources and submit their responses.
Upon completion, students will be able to see the number of correct responses. Next, they can mark the assignment as done to submit their responses on Toddle.
After submission, you can track student responses and scores from the ‘All submissions’ tab.
You can also access the student's submission details, including start and end times, total time spent, and final score. Additionally, you can review the student's answers with correct/incorrect indicators and mark the submission as evaluated.
