As a student, you can easily view behaviour incidents reported for you on Toddle through both the web and app. This module provides a view-only mode, allowing you to see detailed information about each incident and its current status.

Navigating to Behaviour management on app
Via the homepage card
From your homepage, click on the ‘Behaviour management’ card.
On the landing page, a list of your reported incidents is displayed, organized by ‘Published’ and ‘Resolved’ events, with each entry showing the incident ID, title, category, severity level, and date. Tapping on a specific incident opens the detailed view, where you can view the following:
Status: Displays the current status of the incident, either marked as ‘Published’ or ‘Resolved’.
Category, sub-category and level: Displays the type of incident (e.g., misconduct) along with its severity level (e.g., high).
Location: Indicates where the incident took place.
Date and time: Shows the date and time of the incident.
Created by: Displays the staff member who reported the incident.
Action: Lists the number of actions/interventions, such as meetings or warnings, along with their status.
Description: Provides a detailed account of the incident, offering context and specifics about what occurred.
This helps you track and understand the context and resolution of each recorded behaviour incident.
💡Only incidents that have been both published and specifically shared with you will be visible.
Via the notifications pane
Based on your settings, you will be notified whenever an incident involving you is published, updated, or resolved, as shown in the example below.
Clicking on the notification will direct you to a detailed page for that specific incident.
Key features
‘Search’ icon: Find a specific behaviour incident using the incident ID, title, or student name.
‘Filter’ icon: Allows you to organize your behaviour incidents in various ways:
Sort by: Sort incidents based on modification or creation dates for easy tracking.
Academic year: Filter incidents by specific academic years, such as the current or previous years, to focus on relevant time frames.

On the landing page, a table displays your recorded incidents, organized by category, incident title, sub-category, severity level, and action status. Click on an individual incident to open the detailed view for it.
Inside, you can view the following details about the incident:
Timestamp and status: Displays the last modified time along with the current status of the incident, either marked as ‘Published’ or ‘Resolved’.
Category, sub-category and level: Displays the type of incident (e.g., misconduct) along with its severity level (e.g., high).
Location: Indicates where the incident took place.
Date and time: Shows the exact date and time of the incident.
Actions taken: Lists the order of actions/interventions, such as meetings or warnings, along with their status.
Description: Provides a detailed account of the incident, offering context and specifics about what occurred.
This view helps you track and understand the context and resolution of each recorded behaviour incident.

Via student profile
From your homepage, click on ‘My profile’ from the dropdown menu on the top-right corner.
Next, enter the ‘Behaviour management’ tab to view all your reported incidents.
Via the notification pane
Based on your settings, you will be notified whenever an incident involving you is published, updated, or resolved, as shown in the example below.
Clicking on the notification will direct you to a detailed page for that specific incident.
Key features
‘Search’ icon: Find a specific behaviour incident using the incident ID, title, or student name.
‘Column display’ icon: Customize the displayed columns by selecting which ones to display and arranging them in your preferred order. Adjusting these columns enables you to view only the most relevant information for each incident.
‘Download’ icon: Export behaviour incident data into a spreadsheet file for offline use.
