Download portfolio posts
You can download your child’s portfolio to keep a local copy if enabled by the admin. There are two ways to access the download option:
From the Portfolio card on the home page
From your child’s Student profile (Portfolio tab)
Note: This feature is available only on the Toddle web platform.
In both cases, once you are inside the portfolio view, you can click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner to choose ‘Download portfolio’.
Note: The download will only include the posts where your child is individually tagged; group posts are excluded to maintain privacy.
Once you click on the ‘Download portfolio’ option, a pop-up will appear prompting you to select one or more academic years to download your child’s portfolios.
Once done, click on ‘Request download’. A download link will be sent to your registered Toddle email ID once it is ready. Note that the download time may vary based on the volume of portfolio data.
The email will contain your child’s portfolio for the selected academic years. Simply click the 'Download' button in the email you've received to save the portfolio zip file to your device.
In the zip file, your child’s portfolio media files are organized first by class and then further sorted into month-wise folders within each class. Additionally, an ‘index.html’ file is included, which opens in your web browser to display a consolidated view of your child’s portfolio.
This view organizes their posts by class, with filters to sort by date or search specific posts, as shown below. You can scroll through the posts or click on individual media files to view them in detail.
