Toddle enables family members to have an insight into their child’s academic progress by accessing their progress reports and progress summary through an intuitive interface. This article explains different ways in which this can be done on web and app for an MYP student.

Access progress report on web

Step 1: To access your child’s progress reports, simply click on the ‘Progress Reports’ option on your home page.

You will be navigated to the Progress report page where you can view all the report cards published for your child till date. The progress reports will be organised in the order of date published, with the latest one on top.

Step 2: You can download or view any of these report cards by clicking on ‘View report’.

Within a progress report, you will be able to view and switch between sections in the report using the left panel.

Access progress summary on web

Step 1: To access your child’s progress summary, simply click on the ‘Progress Summary’ option on your home page.

You will be directed to the Progress summary page where you can view your child’s academic progress by navigating to the different sections on the left-hand panel. Let's deep dive into each segment:

Assessments

Under Assessments, you will be able to see your child’s performance for all the formative and summative assessments that are graded using the MYP criteria based rubric, for specific subject and MYP criterion. You can use the filters on top right to view data for other subjects and MYP criteria that your child is assessed on.

Clicking on any one assessment in the above screen will show you the details of that assessment in view only mode.

MYP Criteria

Under the MYP Criteria tab, you can see a visual representation of the 6 most recent ratings on MYP Criteria fetched from assessments and progress reports for a specific subject. You can use the filters on top right to view data for other subjects and MYP criteria that your child is assessed on. Clicking on any one assessment listed on the right side will show you the details of that assessment in view only mode.

Service learning outcomes

This view shows you the outcomes for service as action activities for your child and the number of times a particular outcome has been tagged and evidence collected for each.

Progress report overview

This view shows you the progress of your child across subjects, fetched from the latest progress report published by the school! You will see a summary of grades by criteria, final grade, local grade, and evaluations done by the school.

You can also see an expanded view of the progress report by clicking on the View report link at the bottom of the page. Furthermore, you can access previously published report cards using the filter on top right.

View progress report and summary of another child on web

If you are a family member of more than one child, you can switch between children to view their academic progress. To do so, click on your child’s name and select another child from the homepage. You can now navigate to the progress report and progress summary of this child in the same manner.

Access progress report on app

💡 Please note that you can only access the progress report, and not the progress summary of your child from app.

To access your child’s progress report, simply tap on the ‘Progress Reports’ option on your home page.

You will be navigated to the Progress report page where you can view all the report cards published for your child till date, the latest one being on the top. Click on any one to view the detailed report card. This will open the report card in a new window and you can scroll down to read the entire report.

View progress report of another child on app

If you are a family member of more than one child, you can switch between children to view their academic progress. To do so, click on your child’s name and select another child from the homepage. You can now navigate to the progress report of this child in the same manner.
