Attendance v4.1.0
Bulk reminders for attendance marking: Admins can now send bulk attendance reminders to teachers effortlessly! Instead of selecting classes manually, you can now remind all teachers at once for unmarked or partially marked attendance, reducing clicks and streamlining the process for faster attendance management.
Insights v1.4.0
Custom thresholds for performance insights: Admins can now set custom thresholds for students’ overall score percentage to better track progress and identify areas needing support. Any values falling below the set threshold are automatically highlighted in the Insights dashboard, making it easier to spot trends and make data-driven decisions.
Progress reports v2.8.0
Introducing GPA in progress reports: You can now configure GPA calculations and subject credits and seamlessly include them in student reports.
Flexible GPA calculation: Choose between simple or weighted GPA methods, set grade point conversions, and assign subject credits for precise evaluations.
Integrated in reports: GPA and credits can now be added to progress reports, enabling schools to provide a comprehensive academic overview of students.
Streamlined progress report management: Managing progress reports just got easier for both admins and educators!
Bulk actions for admins: Perform key actions like locking, unlocking, sharing, withdrawing, downloading, and exporting reports in bulk across multiple grades - saving time and effort.
Better organization for teaching staff: Reports are now categorized into ‘Ongoing’ and ‘Previous’, making it easier to find what you need. Plus, you can now bulk download student reports for offline use.
Unit planning v2.7.0
Planning insights for custom fields: Gain insights into the coverage of custom fields added to your unit plans - such as Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - across grades and subjects. Previously, these fields were not reflected in planning insights, making it difficult to monitor their usage. This update enhances curriculum alignment, enabling more informed planning and decision-making.

Assignments v3.5.0
Redesigned assignment list views: The assignment list has been revamped - both on the class Assignments page and the Assignment manager on the homepage. You can now toggle between two flexible views: the familiar card layout or a new table view for a more structured overview. With added options to sort by grading period and a clearer display of unread student messages, it’s easier than ever to stay organized and on top of class communication.
Behaviour management v1.4.0
Increased flexibility and streamlined management: Behaviour management just got more customizable! You can now tailor severity levels for each sentiment - add, remove, or reorder them to better reflect your school’s behavioural framework. Plus, with clearer visibility into incident counts by category and the ability to track their configuration status, it’s easier than ever to maintain consistent, school-wide practices.
Progress reports v2.9.0
Smarter attendance display: Choose whether to show attendance date range, and operational days, and customize the ‘Overall presence’ label in reports - making attendance reporting better aligned with your school’s terminology and needs.
Transcript v1.2.0
Introducing GPA & credits in transcripts: You can now configure GPA and subject credits as part of your school’s academic setup and include them seamlessly in student transcripts.

Unit planning v2.8.0
Smarter unit content management: Planning units is now more intuitive than ever! With the revamped Unit flow, you can now create nested sections and sub-sections, move items across the flow with ease, and reuse tasks or resources as linked copies or independent duplicates. You’ll also find new options to filter, search, and customize your view for a seamless experience.
User experience improvements
Introducing homepage widgets: Your homepage just got smarter and more personal! With the new Timetable and Assignment widgets, you can stay organized with ease. Plus, you can choose to show or hide them based on your preference.
Timetable widget: View all your scheduled classes for the day in one place, with quick links to class pages and attendance marking.
Assignment widget: Keep track of tasks to review, unread messages, and upcoming deadlines at a glance.
Microsoft tools, now seamlessly integrated: Educators and students can now connect their Microsoft accounts to Toddle to unlock seamless OneDrive and SharePoint access. This allows you to upload resources, attach templates, and schedule Teams meetings, all without leaving Toddle. Students can submit assignments using Microsoft files, and educators can annotate them with comments and highlights, bringing familiar Microsoft tools right into the Toddle workflow.
Worksheet v2.5.0
A reimagined worksheet experience: Enjoy a cleaner interface and new AI tools that make creating worksheets faster and more intuitive. Generate questions using pre-defined prompts, voice input, and attached resources for added context. What’s more? You can now extract questions directly from PDFs, Word docs, Excel files, images or Google Forms, and turn them into fully editable worksheets on Toddle, with you in complete control every step of the way.
